Nicosia, Cyprus – October 2025 — Digital Tree e-Publishers Ltd (“DTP”), one of Cyprus’s leading digital media and marketing groups, is pleased to announce the successful listing of its €15,000,000 8.5% Senior Bonds due 25 August 2031 (ISIN: CH1478539088, Bloomberg Ticker: DIGTRE) on the Vienna MTF, operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange (Wiener Börse).
Falconeye Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to DTP and Athlos Capital as the structuring advisor and sole lead manager of the transaction. Dr K. Chrysostomides & Co LLC acted as legal advisor to Digital Tree, Ioannides Demetriou LCC assisted in preparing the Bond issuance documentation, and Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC was appointed as the Bond Trustee.
This landmark transaction marks a new chapter for Digital Tree as we continue our evolution from a fast-growing digital media group into a diversified technology-enabled business. The company successfully raised €9.1 million in the initial placement, with the facility providing for additional bond issuances of up to a total of €15 million.

The proceeds of the bond were used to refinance existing obligations and, primarily, provide liquidity for strategic acquisitions. Already, Digital Tree is announcing the full acquisition of Evresis, the leading call-centre operator in Cyprus serving banks, telecommunications providers, shipping companies and other major clients — strengthening its footprint in customer engagement and outsourcing services. A second acquisition is in the final stages and will be officially announced in the coming days. Further acquisitions are currently being explored.
